What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping can take between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location, and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Does my device come with a warranty?
Yes, all Puffco electronic devices are covered by a limited one-year warranty. This covers the electronic base against manufacturer defects, while atomizers and glass are covered for 30 days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used or have broken seals.
How do I clean and maintain my device?
To ensure peak performance, we recommend cleaning your chamber and glass with 99% ISO alcohol. Avoid using water on electronic components and clean the connection pins regularly to prevent buildup.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, in compliance with federal laws regarding the shipment of electronic vaporization devices, all deliveries require an adult (21+) to show ID and sign for the package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that we cannot accept prepaid gift cards or PayPal due to industry-specific merchant regulations.
