Puffco offers a 14-day return policy for unused, unopened products purchased directly from our official website. Please note that due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned for a refund but may be eligible for warranty support.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Support Team through the official help center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the device is in its original, sealed packaging with all accessories included, and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival and verification of your electronic hardware.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is unused, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
